Toyota Camry (XV70): ABS Warning Light does not Come ON
DESCRIPTION
The skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) controls the ABS warning light in the combination meter assembly via CAN communication.

After replacing the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly), perform acceleration sensor zero point calibration and system information memorization.

PROCEDURE

INSPECT COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY |
(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the ignition switch to ON.
(c) Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Combination Meter / Active Test.
(d) Perform the Active Test of the combination meter assembly using the Techstream.

(e) Check the combination meter assembly.
