Toyota Camry (XV70): AWD Warning does not Come ON

PROCEDURE

1.

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR

(a) Check that there is no looseness at the locking and connecting parts of the 4WD ECU assembly connector.

OK:

No looseness at the locking and connecting parts

(b) Disconnect the K145 4WD ECU assembly connector.

(c) Check the connector case and the terminal for deformation and corrosion.

OK:

No deformation or corrosion

(d) Connect the K145 4WD ECU assembly connector.

NG

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK

2.

CHECK 4WD WARNING MESSAGE

(a) Turn the ignition switch off.

(b) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

(c) Turn the ignition switch to ON.

(d) Turn the Techstream on.

(e) According to the display on the Techstream, read the Data List.
